The Mother ease Bedwetter Pant is constructed with an absorbent soaker panel which is separated from the cover at the leg openings. It is a super overnight diaper for older children. 

To give you an idea of this the Bedwetter Pant below is shown with the absorbent insert pulled out. If you want a bit of a brain teaser the picture on the bottom shows what the Bedwetter Pant looks like when flipped inside out.
