Our hospital class is designed for the couple who wants more. More education. More fun. More relaxation and labor practice. More information on interventions, including medicated and cesarean births. Duration: This class is 15 hours in total, taught over six 2.5 hour sessions.
While comfort measures and relaxation are taught in this class series, the Comfort Measures Workshop compliments this childbirth class nicely.

Dates to be announced! Live group classes take place in Brentwood, NW Calgary. Up to 5 couples are welcome in each series.
Live group classes are $275 + GST. Private classes are $450 + GST. A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required before the start of class to guarantee your spot in class and to cover the cost of materials. The remaining balance is due at the beginning of the first class and receipts will be issued.
