Birth Boot Camp is for couples — moms AND their partners in birth, not matter who your partner is. You’ll learn to work together to bring your baby into this world as a team with Laurie, your Birth Boot Camp Instructor. We want to help you have an AMAZING birth! Our classes give you 25 hours of in class learning and 3+ hours of a specialty breastfeeding class video.

Classes will be taking in place in North West Calgary at this time (location is subject to change and address will be sent with a pre-class email).

10 Week Class Schedule in Calgary, AB

Laurie will be taking a short break from teaching as our family grows by two! Classes will resume in May/June...keep up to date with news on Facebook or Instagram! Until then, online classes are available at any time!

Classes are set-up to be started around 20 to 25 weeks pregnant, but can be started as early as 15 weeks or as late as 30 weeks. We offer up to 4 classes that can be taken online, so please contact Laurie of Adventures of Little if you have any questions as to dates!

REBOOT Refresher Group Classes

REBOOT classes are set-up to be taken between 30 to 36 weeks. The Birth Boot Camp Refresher Course is a 3 hour prenatal course that is intended for couples who have previously given birth without medication. We highlight areas that mom and her partner may need to review regarding labour and postpartum. It is not a crash course or a condensed Birth Boot Camp class. It can be scheduled in your home as a private class, organized as a group class or be completed via Skype/FaceTime/Google Hangout.
